Vidhayak Samajik Sanstha
Situated in the heart of Maharashtra, in Beed district, our organization has been steadfastly committed to bringing meaningful and lasting change to the lives of marginalized communities for over 15 years. With a dedicated focus on sugarcane cutters and the working class in Beed, our journey began on October 26, 2009, driven by the noble mission of addressing critical issues such as the hardships faced by migrant sugarcane cutters, child marriage, illiteracy, inadequate healthcare, and deeply rooted superstitions and harmful practices.
Education: Ensure quality education and skill development for underprivileged children.
Healthcare: Provide primary healthcare, preventive programs, and health awareness.
Women Empowerment: Promote women’s rights, safety, and equal opportunities.

Our Activities
Women Empowerment
Under the auspices of Vidhayak Samajik Sanstha, two free tailoring training centers and production centers have been established—one in Rahatni, Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation area
Health Check-up Camps
In 10 villages of Beed district, free health check-up camps are organized with the support of government hospitals. These camps benefit the elderly, women, and children in the villages.
Standard Clubs Activity
The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) has initiated a program to create awareness about the importance of quality and standards at the school level by establishing “Standard Clubs.” These

Milestones of Impact: Achievements That Inspire Change
- A total of 270 women have been empowered through tailoring training provided at two dedicated centers in Pune and Panvel.
- A total of 175 women have been empowered with permanent employment opportunities through tailoring.
- We successfully trained 30 youth from Pune in retail management and facilitated meaningful employment opportunities for them.
